S31803 geothermal coiled tubing

S31803 geothermal coiled tubing is made of duplex stainless steel (UNS S31803/S32205), which has the advantages of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, excellent corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, and is particularly suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature and high chloride ion concentration in geothermal environments. This material has strong resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, excellent thermal fatigue performance, and can withstand the complex temperature fluctuations and high-pressure fluids in geothermal wells. S31803 coiled tubing can produce continuous pipes up to 33,000 feet according to customer needs, reducing the number of joints and improving system stability. The products are widely used in geothermal well injection and production systems, underground heat exchange systems, geothermal power station injection/monitoring pipelines and enhanced geothermal systems (EGS) and other fields.

Quality Control Methods:

First, secondary inspection of raw materials. Our raw materials come from large factories such as POSCO,JISCO, ANSTEEL, ATI, NYK, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, Baosteel, WALSIN, ... Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements. Second, traceability of the production process. The mainly production process includes welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic wrapping. Each process is supervised by experienced engineers and technicians. Each link is supervised by professional qc inspectors and photographed for archiving. The entire process uses process cards to ensure accuracy and traceability. Third, 100% inspection before shipment. Siri Tubing has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the tubes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, airtightness,UT, ET, HT and other tests. All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing,with a conventional testing pressure of 40MPa and a maximum of 100MPa. In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
