S32750/2507 Multi-core Tubing

S32750 is a super duplex stainless steel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, especially in chloride environments, showing strong resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. Its unique multiphase structure enables it to achieve the best balance between corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It is suitable for the manufacture of multi-core tubing and is widely used in offshore oil drilling, chemical industry, papermaking and seawater desalination. It is especially suitable for high corrosion, high pressure and high temperature conditions, which can effectively extend the service life of equipment and ensure safe operation.

Quality Control Method:

We use a strict triple quality control system to ensure product quality. First, the raw materials must come from large steel mills such as POSCO, JISCO, ANSTEEL, ATI, NYK, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, Baosteel, WALSIN, etc., and come with MTC and PMI certificates. After the raw materials arrive at the factory, we will conduct PMI and other re-inspections again to ensure that they meet the standards.

Secondly, the production process is fully traceable. Including key processes such as welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic coating, all are monitored by experienced engineers throughout the process, and QC personnel take photos and records each process to ensure that each step is accurate and controllable.

Finally, all factory products must undergo 100% full inspection, including appearance, PMI, size, quantity, mechanical properties, hardness, air tightness, UT, ET, HT and other tests. All coils pass the high-pressure test of 40MPa~100MPa, and support inspection by third-party agencies such as SGS, TUV, BV, etc.
