Nickel Alloy 625 (UNS N06625) is a high-strength corrosion-resistant alloy with nickel as the matrix, chromium, molybdenum and niobium, which has excellent oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Its unique element ratio gives it excellent resistance to a variety of highly corrosive media (such as chlorides, hydrogen sulfide, organic acids, etc.), and is particularly suitable for continuous pipe operations in extreme environments.The alloy has good weldability and formability, and can maintain mechanical strength and structural stability in the temperature range of -196°C to 982°C. It is one of the preferred materials for continuous oil pipes in the fields of oil and gas, geothermal energy, chemical processing and marine engineering. The surface of 625 alloy coil can be bright annealed, and can be professionally packaged in plastic trays, wooden boxes or steel frames according to customer needs to ensure safety and cleanliness during transportation and construction.

Quality Control Methods:

First, secondary inspection of raw materials. Our raw materials come from large factories such as POSCO，JISCO, ANSTEEL, ATI, NYK, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, Baosteel, WALSIN, ... Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements. Second, traceability of the production process. The mainly production process includes welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic wrapping. Each process is supervised by experienced engineers and technicians. Each link is supervised by professional qc inspectors and photographed for archiving. The entire process uses process cards to ensure accuracy and traceability. Third, 100% inspection before shipment. Siri Tubing has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the tubes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, airtightness,UT, ET, HT and other tests. All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing,with a conventional testing pressure of 40MPa and a maximum of 100MPa. In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
