316/316L stainless steel welded coiled tubing

316/316L stainless steel welded coil tubing has excellent corrosion resistance, especially suitable for chloride-containing environments. The material achieves a good balance between ductility, weldability and mechanical strength. The low-carbon version (316L) can effectively avoid intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welding. The product is manufactured using welding technology, suitable for long-distance continuous supply, reducing the number of on-site joints and improving system safety and stability. It is widely used in industrial fields such as oil and gas, geothermal energy, chemical injection, heat exchange systems and instrument pipelines, and is commonly used in continuous pipeline systems that require medium to high strength and good corrosion resistance.

Quality Control Methods:

First, secondary inspection of raw materials. Our raw materials come from large factories such as POSCO,JISCO, ANSTEEL, ATI, NYK, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, Baosteel, WALSIN, ... Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements. Second, traceability of the production process. The mainly production process includes welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic wrapping. Each process is supervised by experienced engineers and technicians. Each link is supervised by professional qc inspectors and photographed for archiving. The entire process uses process cards to ensure accuracy and traceability. Third, 100% inspection before shipment. Siri Tubing has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the tubes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, airtightness,UT, ET, HT and other tests. All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing,with a conventional testing pressure of 40MPa and a maximum of 100MPa. In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
