Coiled Tubing, as a continuously laid long metal pipe, plays an important role in the field of oil and gas extraction, especially in downhole operations, chemical injection, and control systems. Compared with traditional straight pipes, coiled tubing has significant advantages in improving installation efficiency, strengthening sealing effects, and controlling costs. Therefore, it is widely used in high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environments. In addition, it is also often used in chemical and instrumentation industrial systems with high precision requirements.

It is particularly worth mentioning that the coiled tubing of N08825 specification remains reliable and stable in extreme working conditions due to the excellent performance of its base alloy 825. The alloy is a nickel-iron-chromium material with good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. It can effectively resist hydrogen sulfide, chloride ions and various acidic media, and is suitable for high-risk environments such as offshore platforms, sour gas wells and chemical injection.


MTSCO's Siri Tubing specializes in the production of welded coils, capillaries, control lines and multi-core tubes, and has the production capacity of international standards such as ASTM, EN, and DIN. In the latest delivery project, we provided a batch of ASTM B704 N08825 welded coils with a specification of 12.7×1.65mm and a single coil length of 4200 meters. The customer highly praised its stability and performance.

The welded coil products of the Siri Factory can be up to 33,000 feet long, support customization of a variety of plastic coating materials, and can flexibly respond to complex working conditions. In terms of quality, we strictly control the quality of raw materials, select high-quality raw materials such as POSCO, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, and perform MTC audits and secondary PMI inspections. The production process covers key links such as welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic sealing. The whole process is supervised by professional QC and senior engineers, and the whole process is traceable with process cards.


All welded coils must pass 100% water pressure test, the conventional test pressure is 40MPa, the maximum test pressure can reach 100MPa, and cooperate with non-destructive testing such as UT, ET, HT, etc. In addition, we also accept inspections by third-party independent organizations such as SGS, TUV, BV, etc., to provide reliable quality assurance for global customers.
