The S32750 grade perfectly combines the dual advantages of austenitic and ferritic steels, offering extremely high yield strength and the ability to reliably withstand high-temperature, high-pressure fluids in deep-sea and oil and gas wellbore environments. With a high chromium-molybdenum composition, it offers exceptional pitting resistance equivalent and demonstrates outstanding resistance to chloride corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. 2507 control line tubing is the ideal choice for high-salinity marine engineering, highly acidic petrochemical refining, and demanding chemical injection systems, ensuring the safety of complex media transport networks during long-term operation.

Q1: What is the maximum operating pressure of the coils?

A1:Our welded coils undergo standard hydraulic testing at 5,000 PSI and can withstand a maximum test pressure of 15,000 PSI, meeting the requirements of the vast majority of high-pressure applications. The actual operating pressure must be calculated based on the specific material, wall thickness, and operating temperature. MTSCO provides professional technical support for selecting the appropriate specifications.

Q2: How is the quality of the coils inspected?

A2:We implement a three-tier quality inspection process: raw material PMI testing, full traceability throughout the production process, and 100% high-pressure testing plus eddy current testing prior to shipment. All welded coils must pass rigorous leak testing, and complete inspection records and photographs are retained. MTSCO supports on-site inspections by third-party authoritative agencies to ensure zero-defect delivery for every batch of products.

Q3: In which corrosive environments are the coils suitable?

A3:Our duplex stainless steel (2205/2507) is suitable for harsh environments such as seawater desalination, chemical media, and chloride-containing environments.
