Laser Welding Process
Laser welding is a key process that determines the quality of chemical injection lines. MTSCO adopts 100% laser welding process, using high-energy-density laser beams to precisely melt the formed tube. The welded seam has narrow width and small heat-affected zone, effectively avoiding oxidation and embrittlement. Laser welding ensures beautiful weld formation and strong dimensional consistency. During production, laser welding parameters are adjusted in real-time by an automatic control system to ensure stable and reliable quality of every weld seam.

Product Advantages
·Ultra-long continuous production: Chemical injection lines can reach a maximum length of 50,000 feet, approximately 15 km, per coil, reducing field splices and improving system reliability.
·High-pressure bearing capacity: Chemical injection lines have a standard hydraulic test pressure of 5,000 PSI and can withstand a maximum test pressure of 15,000 PSI, meeting the requirements of the vast majority of high-pressure applications.
·Diversified encapsulation materials: Provides multiple plastic encapsulation options including FEP, PVDF, Rilsan PA 11, and Santoprene TPV, meeting different working condition requirements.
·ISO certification guarantee: Siri Tubing has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification, ensuring stable and controllable product quality.
·Fast delivery capability: Regular specifications are kept in stock year-round, enabling rapid response to urgent customer needs and ensuring on-time delivery.
Quality Control System
·Raw Material Re-inspection: All raw materials come from qualified suppliers such as POSCO, ATI, JISCO and other internationally renowned steel mills. Upon arrival, the QC team performs PMI composition re-inspection to ensure the material meets order requirements.
·Traceable production process: The main production processes include 100% laser welding, cold drawing, and bright annealing. Each production stage is supervised on-site by experienced engineers and technicians, with professional QC inspectors participating throughout and taking photos for archiving. The entire production process uses process cards, supporting full-process traceability.
·Pre-shipment full inspection: Siri Tubing has a professional QC team that conducts a series of inspections and tests on finished products, including routine appearance inspection, PMI composition verification, dimension measurement, and more. At the same time, special inspections such as airtightness testing, hydrostatic testing, and eddy current testing are conducted. Additionally, we support third-party inspections by SGS, TUV, and BV to meet the inspection requirements of international customers.
Hydraulic / Air Tight Test
Hydrostatic and airtight testing are necessary procedures to verify the pressure sealing performance of chemical injection lines. MTSCO conducts pressure testing on all chemical injection lines, with a standard test pressure of 5,000 PSI and a maximum withstand test pressure of 15,000 PSI. Hydrostatic testing detects deformation and leakage of the tube body and weld seam under high pressure by injecting pressurized water into the tube; airtight testing is used for scenarios with higher sealing requirements and can quickly detect micro-leakage. Both testing methods can be flexibly selected according to customer requirements to ensure products meet the pressure requirements of different working conditions. After testing is complete, all data records and samples are retained and archived.
Siri Laboratory Introduction
Siri Laboratory is equipped with tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, metallographic microscopes, hardness testers, and other equipment, capable of conducting various mechanical property tests including tensile testing, flaring testing, flattening testing, bending testing, and hardness testing. At the same time, the laboratory conducts professional testing such as chemical composition analysis, intergranular corrosion testing, and metallographic analysis. The laboratory's comprehensive testing system provides reliable quality assurance for Siri Tubing products.
FAQ
Q1: What is the maximum length of chemical injection lines?
A1: Our chemical injection lines can reach a maximum length of 50,000 feet, approximately 15 km, per coil. Ultra-long continuous production reduces the number of field splices.
Q2: What packaging methods do you support?
