Company & Factory Introduction
MTSCO is a professional factory complex in the industrial piping sector, operating four major product divisions. In 2024, MTSCO established its own production base—Siri Tubing—specializing in the manufacturing of welded coiled tubing, control line flatpack, encapsulated control line, multi-core tubing, and cables. The factory strictly follows international ASTM standards and can supply various materials including 304, 316, 2205, 2507, Alloy 625, and Alloy 825. Siri Tubing has obtained ISO certification and has long-term partnerships with international energy companies such as OXY, KOC, and ADNOC. We are not just selling products, we are also your reliable supply chain partner.
304/304L Austenitic Stainless Steel
304 is the most versatile and widely used austenitic stainless steel. Its alloy composition consists of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and good overall mechanical properties. It performs stably in atmospheric environments and general corrosive media. 304 offers good weldability and excellent low-temperature toughness. It is easy to machine and form. 304L is the low-carbon version. It is particularly suitable for thick-plate welding and high-temperature applications.

Manufacturing Process Flow
The production of multi core tubing begins with steel strip. First, incoming inspection of the raw steel strip is conducted to confirm the material is correct; then strip butt welding is performed. The welded strip is cleaned first, then formed into a tube shape, and the tube body is formed through laser welding. Next, the product undergoes sizing, cold drawing, and in-line bright annealing processes. The formed welded coiled tubing also requires in-line eddy current testing as well as hydraulic or air tight testing to verify weld integrity and pressure sealing performance. Finally, the product undergoes fine coiling, marking, final inspection, plastic encapsulation, packaging, and warehousing, with shipment arranged according to customer requirements.
Application Areas
MTSCO multi core tubing is widely used in applications where control, monitoring, and fluid transmission need to be integrated into one system.
In the oil & gas industry, it supports downhole control, chemical injection, and real-time monitoring, making it ideal for smart well completions and long-term operations. In subsea systems, it is used for umbilical and remote control applications, reducing connection points and improving reliability in deepwater environments.
In geothermal and energy projects, it performs under high temperature and high-pressure conditions, while in chemical processing and industrial systems, it enables precise fluid delivery and instrumentation connections. It is also suitable for marine and shipbuilding applications, where durability under dynamic conditions is critical.
With multiple encapsulation options available, it ensures stable performance across diverse and demanding environments.
Product Advantages
·Ultra-long continuo us production: Multi core tubing can reach a maximum length of 50,000 feet (approximately 15 km) per coil, reducing field splices and improving system reliability.
·High-pressure bearing capacity: Multi core tubing has a standard hydraulic test pressure of 5,000 PSI and can withstand a maximum test pressure of 15,000 PSI, meeting the requirements of the vast majority of high-pressure applications.
·Diversified encapsulation materials: Provides multiple plastic encapsulation options including FEP, PVDF, Rilsan PA 11, and Santoprene TPV, meeting different working condition requirements.
·ISO certification guarantee: Siri Tubing has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification, ensuring stable and controllable product quality.
·Fast delivery capability: Regular specifications are kept in stock year-round, enabling rapid response to urgent customer needs and ensuring on-time delivery.
FEP Encapsulation
FEP (fluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymer) is a fully fluorinated material with exceptional chemical resistance, capable of withstanding the effects of virtually all chemicals. It features an extremely low surface friction coefficient and strong non-stick properties, along with excellent electrical insulation and resistance to both high and low temperatures. FEP offers high transparency and is easy to clean, making it widely used in high-end industries such as semiconductors, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
FAQ
Q1: What encapsulation materials are available for encapsulated control lines?
A1: We offer four plastic encapsulation materials: FEP, PVDF, Rilsan PA 11, and Santoprene TPV. FEP and PVDF have excellent chemical corrosion resistance, while Rilsan PA 11 offers good flexibility. You can select the most suitable encapsulation material based on the specific application environment.
Q2: What is the maximum length of multi core tubing?
A2: Our multi core tubing can reach a maximum length of 50,000 feet (approximately 15 km) per coil. Ultra-long continuous production reduces the number of field splices.
Q3: What quality certifications does the product have?
A3: Siri Tubing has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification. All raw materials come from renowned steel mills; the production process is fully traceable; finished products undergo 100% eddy current inspection before shipment.
