Anhui Siri Tubing is one of them, specializing in welded coiled tubing.

Siri Tubing focuses on the production of high-strength stainless steel /duplex/nickel alloy welded coiled tubing and multi-core tubings, which can be up to 50000fts/coil. Our control line diameters range from 3.18mm (0.125") to 38.1mm(11/2"), and we can provide welded coiled tubing up to 10000 meters in length without butt welds. We can mainly supply materials of 304/L,316/L,316Ti, 2205/2507,alloy 625/825,etc.

Siri Tubing has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the tubes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, airtightness, ET and other tests. All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing,with a conventional testing pressure of 5000PSI and a maximum of 15000psi.
In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.

Strict Stress Testing

All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing, with a conventional testing pressure of 5000PSI and a maximum of 15000PSI. (Note: The standard test pressure for seamless pipes is 7MPa, and our welded coiled tubing test pressure is much higher than the seamless pipe pressure test standard)
