Nickel Alloy 400 (UNS N04400) is a solid solution strengthened nickel-copper alloy with a single-phase face-centered cubic structure. It has excellent seawater corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to corrosion by media such as hydrofluoric acid and sulfate. Its good ductility and processing properties make it very suitable for the manufacture of ultra-long continuous welded coiled tubing (Coiled Tubing). After proper annealing treatment after welding, the performance of the weld area is highly consistent with that of the parent material and can withstand complex stress environments underground. This material is widely used in high-corrosion and high-pressure scenarios such as geothermal wells, oil and gas underground operations, chemical injection, acid cleaning, and pipeline maintenance. It is especially suitable for continuous operation systems in complex corrosive environments such as sulfur and chlorine

Quality Control Methods:
First, secondary inspection of raw materials. Our raw materials come from large factories such as POSCO,JISCO, ANSTEEL, ATI, NYK, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, Baosteel, WALSIN, ... Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements. Second, traceability of the production process. The mainly production process includes welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic wrapping. Each process is supervised by experienced engineers and technicians. Each link is supervised by professional qc inspectors and photographed for archiving. The entire process uses process cards to ensure accuracy and traceability. Third, 100% inspection before shipment. Siri Tubing has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the tubes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, airtightness,UT, ET, HT and other tests. All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing,with a conventional testing pressure of 40MPa and a maximum of 100MPa. In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
