Nickel Alloy 825 control line tubing:
Nickel Alloy 825 (UNS N08825) is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy, which is widely used in control line tubing systems in harsh environments such as oil and gas production, chemical industry and marine engineering. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of media such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and chloride. It also has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and maintains stability and strength under high temperature and high pressure environments. It is particularly suitable for complex working conditions such as acid oil wells, deep wells and subsea control systems. Its excellent welding performance also makes it suitable for long-distance, jointless coil structures, effectively improving the sealing and reliability of the system.
Factory advantages and features:
MTSCO has been specializing in providing high quality continuous tubing services to the global geothermal, heat exchanger, shipbuilding, and oil and gas industries since 2006. We are able to produce to a wide range of international standards, covering key materials such as 304, 316, 2205, 2507, Alloy 625 and Alloy 825. We have made significant achievements in the field of continuous tubulars, downhole control lines and chemical injection control lines, and our main products include welded and seamless continuous tubulars, mono-core and multi-core control lines, and capillary tubing.
The five main advantages of choosing Mtsco include:
One, we offer welded coiled tubing up to 33,000 feet per coil.
Two, our welded coils can withstand hydrostatic testing up to 100 MPA.
Three, our seamless coils can weigh up to 120 kilograms per roll.
Fourth, we offer a wide selection of packaging materials to suit different needs.
Fifth, our products are ISO/PED certified, ensuring high standards of product quality and standards.
Quality Control Method:
Siri Tubing's quality management system implements multiple checks from raw materials to factory delivery. The first step is the secondary inspection of raw materials. All raw materials are purchased from large international steel mills such as POSCO, JISCO, ANSTEEL, ATI, NYK, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, Baosteel and WALSIN, and require material certification (MTC) and positive material identification (PMI). After arriving at the factory, we will perform PMI and other project inspections again to ensure that they fully meet production standards.
The second step is full process traceability management. The production process covers welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic coating. Each step is guided on-site by senior engineers, and a professional quality inspection team is responsible for real-time sampling and recording and archiving in the form of images. All processes are tracked and recorded by process cards to achieve traceability and control of the entire process.
The third step is 100% final inspection before the finished product leaves the factory. Inspection items include appearance inspection, PMI verification, size confirmation, quantity verification, as well as mechanical property test, hardness test, air tightness test, ultrasonic (UT), eddy current (ET), heat treatment (HT) and other technical tests. All welded coils must pass a water pressure test of no less than 40MPa and up to 100MPa, and be inspected by a third-party organization designated by the customer, such as SGS, TUV or BV.
