Company & Factory Introduction
MTSCO is a professional factory complex in the industrial piping sector, operating four major product divisions. In 2024, MTSCO established its own production base—Siri Tubing—specializing in the manufacturing of welded coiled tubing, control line flatpack, encapsulated control line, multi-core tubing, and cables. The factory strictly follows international ASTM standards and can supply various materials including 304, 316, 2205, 2507, Alloy 625, and Alloy 825. Siri Tubing has obtained ISO certification and has long-term partnerships with international energy companies such as OXY, KOC, and ADNOC. We are not just selling products, we are also your reliable supply chain partner.
Laser Welding Process
Laser welding is a key process that determines the quality of multi core tubing. MTSCO adopts 100% laser welding process, using high-energy-density laser beams to precisely melt the formed tube. The welded seam has narrow width and small heat-affected zone, effectively avoiding oxidation and embrittlement. Laser welding ensures beautiful weld formation and strong dimensional consistency. During production, laser welding parameters are adjusted in real-time by an automatic control system to ensure stable and reliable quality of every weld seam.

Application Areas
MTSCO multi core tubing is widely used in applications where control, monitoring, and fluid transmission need to be integrated into one system.
In the oil & gas industry, it supports downhole control, chemical injection, and real-time monitoring, making it ideal for smart well completions and long-term operations. In subsea systems, it is used for umbilical and remote control applications, reducing connection points and improving reliability in deepwater environments.
In geothermal and energy projects, it performs under high temperature and high-pressure conditions, while in chemical processing and industrial systems, it enables precise fluid delivery and instrumentation connections. It is also suitable for marine and shipbuilding applications, where durability under dynamic conditions is critical.
With multiple encapsulation options available, it ensures stable performance across diverse and demanding environments.
Santoprene TPV Encapsulation
Santoprene TPV (thermoplastic elastomer) combines the soft feel of rubber with the processability of plastic, offering excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical resistance. With outstanding sealing performance and a comfortable tactile feel, it is commonly used in automotive seals, medical devices, and consumer goods. TPV is recyclable, aligning with environmental sustainability trends. MTSCO offers Santoprene TPV encapsulated solutions to meet customers’ comprehensive needs for elasticity, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
TP316/TP316L/TP316Ti Austenitic Stainless Steel
TP316 adds molybdenum to the 304 composition. This significantly enhances resistance to chloride ion corrosion. TP316L is the low-carbon variant. Its carbon content is ≤0.03%. It is suitable for complex components where post-weld heat treatment is not feasible. TP316Ti contains added titanium. Titanium stabilizes carbides, effectively preventing intergranular corrosion. It offers better long-term stability in high-temperature environments.

Eddy Current Testing
MTSCO configures in-line eddy current testing equipment on the production line to perform 100% testing on multi core tubing after laser welding. Eddy current testing utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction—when the probe scans the surface of the tube, abnormal electromagnetic signals occur in the weld area, and the system automatically identifies and marks defect locations. Eddy current testing has high efficiency and extremely high sensitivity. This method can detect defects such as surface cracks, pores, and lack of penetration.
FAQ
Q1: What is the maximum operating pressure of multi core tubing?
A1: Multi core tubing has a standard hydraulic test pressure of 5,000 PSI and can withstand a maximum test pressure of 15,000 PSI, meeting the requirements of the vast majority of high-pressure applications.
Q2: Can non-standard size customization be produced?
A2: Yes. We support customization of outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and encapsulation material according to customer requirements. The outer diameter range covers 3.18 mm to 38.1 mm, with wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 2.54 mm.
Q3: What packaging methods do you support?
A3: We offer multiple packaging options including plastic reels, wooden reels, solid wooden reels, iron reels, iron-wood combined reels, and wooden boxes. Wooden strips and ropes are used for reinforcement during container loading to ensure products arrive intact in long-distance transportation.
