Company Profile
MTSCO is a manufacturing and supply platform for industrial piping systems. Our business encompasses a wide range of stainless steel and nickel alloy piping products. In 2024, MTSCO established its own manufacturing facility, Siri Tubing, which specializes in the production of welded coiled tubing, capillary tubes, control line tubing, multi-core tubing, and cables. We offer welded coiled tubing in lengths of up to 50,000 ft per coil. MTSCO integrates manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and delivery into a single process, enabling customers to streamline procurement and project execution more efficiently. If you are evaluating solutions for control line or welded coiled tubing, please contact MTSCO to discuss your specific requirements.
Manufacturing Process Flow
The production of welded coiled tubing begins with steel strip. Incoming materials undergo material and surface inspections, followed by strip butt welding, cleaning, tube forming, and laser welding. Subsequent steps include sizing, cold drawing, in-line bright annealing, in-line eddy current testing, and hydrostatic or air tightness testing. The process concludes with precision coiling, marking, final inspection, packaging, and shipment. MTSCO’s welded coiled tubing is produced according to this comprehensive process, with critical control points managed through process cards.
Material Properties of 304
304 is a common austenitic stainless steel used in control lines and coiled tubing products. It offers stable formability, weldability, and general corrosion resistance, making it suitable for industrial environments with relatively stable media and standard corrosion requirements. It is frequently used in projects requiring a balance between cost, workability, and basic corrosion resistance. For control lines or welded coiled tubing under standard operating conditions, 304 is a commonly used base option.

Inspection Methods
The focus of pipeline inspection extends beyond dimensions to include weld integrity, pressure-bearing capacity, and material consistency. Routine inspections cover visual inspection, PMI, dimensional verification, air tightness testing, ET, and hydrostatic testing, with standard pressure at 5,000 PSI and a maximum of 15,000 PSI. MTSCO’s welded coiled tubing undergoes a comprehensive inspection process prior to shipment to ensure product quality before leaving the factory.
Siri Laboratory
Siri Tubing is equipped with the following laboratories:
Weld Radiographic Test Laboratory (RT)
Chemical Composition Analysis Laboratory
Intergranular Corrosion Test Laboratory
Tensile Test Laboratory
Hardness Test Laboratory
Metallographic Laboratory
The Siri Laboratory is equipped with tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, metallographic microscopes, hardness testers, and other equipment, enabling mechanical property testing such as tensile, flanging, flattening, bending, and hardness tests. The laboratory also covers RT, chemical composition, intergranular corrosion, tensile, hardness, and metallographic analysis testing. Test reports and samples are archived for record-keeping.
FAQ
Q1: What is the maximum length available?
A1: Welded coils can be less than 15,000 meters in length, with a maximum of 50,000 ft per coil. Longer continuous lengths help reduce on-site joints.
Q2: Do you support third-party inspections?
A2: Yes. We accept third-party inspection arrangements from SGS, TÜV, BV, and others to facilitate customer acceptance in accordance with project procedures.
Q3: In which industries are the products suitable for use?
A3: They are primarily used in the oil and gas, geothermal, heat exchanger, and shipbuilding industries, and can also be used in complex environments such as deep-sea and underground applications. MTSCO has extensive experience in supplying these products.
