1.Secondary Inspection of Raw Materials: Raw materials are sourced from suppliers such as POSCO, JISCO, Outokumpu, and TSINGSHAN. Upon arrival, each batch undergoes PMI and related inspections. MTSCO employs a secondary verification process to minimize the risk of material mix-ups.
2.Production Process Traceability: From laser welding, cold drawing, and bright annealing to plastic encapsulation, each process is supervised by the QC team and documented with photographs. MTSCO ensures traceability of manufacturing records through process card management.
3.100% Pre-shipment Inspection: Finished products must undergo inspections including appearance, dimensional checks, PMI, ET, and pressure testing. MTSCO also accepts third-party inspections by SGS, TÜV, and BV to facilitate project acceptance.
