Company & Factory Introduction
MTSCO is a professional factory complex in the industrial piping sector, operating four major product divisions. In 2024, MTSCO established its own production base—Siri Tubing—specializing in the manufacturing of welded coiled tubing, control line flatpack, encapsulated control line, multi-core tubing, and cables. The factory strictly follows international ASTM standards and can supply various materials including 304, 316, 2205, 2507, Alloy 625, and Alloy 825. Siri Tubing has obtained ISO certification and has long-term partnerships with international energy companies such as OXY, KOC, and ADNOC. We are not just selling products, we are also your reliable supply chain partner.

Manufacturing Process Flow
The production of control line flatpack begins with steel strip. First, incoming inspection of the raw steel strip is conducted to confirm the material is correct; then strip butt welding is performed. The welded strip is cleaned first, then formed into a tube shape, and the tube body is formed through laser welding. Next, the product undergoes sizing, cold drawing, and in-line bright annealing processes. The formed welded coiled tubing also requires in-line eddy current testing as well as hydraulic or air tight testing to verify weld integrity and pressure sealing performance. Finally, the product undergoes fine coiling, marking, final inspection, plastic encapsulation, packaging, and warehousing, with shipment arranged according to customer requirements.
Application Areas
MTSCO control line flatpack products are widely used in oil and gas, geothermal, heat exchangers, and shipbuilding industries. In the oil and gas sector, control lines are used for downhole allocation, pressure monitoring, and fluid control; in geothermal power plants, the products' high temperature and corrosion resistance meet the requirements of harsh working conditions; in heat exchanger and shipbuilding manufacturing, precision coiled tubing can be used for medium transmission and instrument connections. Siri Tubing's high-performance control line flatpack has been successfully applied in harsh environments such as deep sea and underground. We support customization according to customer needs, helping clients select the most suitable products.
FEP Encapsulation
FEP (fluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymer) is a fully fluorinated material with exceptional chemical resistance, capable of withstanding the effects of virtually all chemicals. It features an extremely low surface friction coefficient and strong non-stick properties, along with excellent electrical insulation and resistance to both high and low temperatures. FEP offers high transparency and is easy to clean, making it widely used in high-end industries such as semiconductors, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

304/304L Austenitic Stainless Steel
304 is the most versatile and widely used austenitic stainless steel. Its alloy composition consists of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and good overall mechanical properties. It performs stably in atmospheric environments and general corrosive media. 304 offers good weldability and excellent low-temperature toughness. It is easy to machine and form. 304L is the low-carbon version. It is particularly suitable for thick-plate welding and high-temperature applications.
Quality Control System
·Raw Material Re-inspection: All raw materials come from qualified suppliers such as POSCO, ATI, JISCO and other internationally renowned steel mills. Upon arrival, the QC team performs PMI composition re-inspection to ensure the material meets order requirements.
·Traceable production process: The main production processes include 100% laser welding, cold drawing, and bright annealing. Each production stage is supervised on-site by experienced technicians. The entire production process uses process cards, supporting full-process traceability.
·Pre-shipment full inspection: Siri Tubing has a professional QC team that conducts a series of inspections and tests on finished products, including routine appearance inspection, PMI test, dimension inspection, and more. At the same time, special inspections such as air tight test, hydraulic test, and eddy current testing are conducted.
FAQ
Q1: What encapsulation materials are available for encapsulated control lines?
A1: We offer four plastic encapsulation materials: FEP, PVDF, Rilsan PA 11, and Santoprene TPV. FEP and PVDF have excellent chemical corrosion resistance, while Rilsan PA 11 offers good flexibility. You can select the most suitable encapsulation material based on the specific application environment.
Q2: What is the maximum length of control line flatpack?
A2: Our control line flatpack can reach a maximum length of 50,000 feet (approximately 15 km) per coil. Ultra-long continuous production reduces the number of field splices.
Q3: What is the maximum operating pressure of control line flatpack?
A3: Control line flatpack has a standard hydraulic test pressure of 5,000 PSI and can withstand a maximum test pressure of 15,000 PSI, meeting the requirements of the vast majority of high-pressure applications.
